First and foremost, She love the Lord with every Fiber of my being. She is a devout Wife, Mother, First Lady, and Executive Administrative Assistant to Pastor Earl A. Hurling, the love of my life; she has been blessed tremendously with 6 successful, anointed, gifted and talented children, Sha'leasha, Charlene, Ty'Shanna, Antonio, Angelo and A'Leah, along with a host of the spiritual children.

Lady Hurling serves as an Independent Research Contractor, specializing in quantitative and qualitative research for both the Media and Political sectors. In this role, she has been afforded the opportunity to serve and collaborate with Fortune 500 companies as well as the United States Government.

Lady Hurling a licensed Evangelist in the Church of God In Christ. Lady Hurling serves faithfully and diligently in various capacities in her local church, as well as on the district and jurisdictional level.

Lady Hurling believes in fasting and prayer. Lady Hurling with a shadow of a doubt knows; that there is POWER in PRAYER and PRAYER unequivocally changes things. Lady Hurling is a God-fearing woman and God has truly anointed Lady Hurling to teach the unadulterated word of God with power, to all God' children. God has gifted Lady Hurling to minister to women, both young and seasoned. Lady Hurling is the President and Founder of "Daughters of Destiny" (5-17), "Women Overcoming Obstacles" (18-49) and "P.E.A.R.L" (50-up). The Women' Ministry under the tillage of Lady Hurling is divinely designed to educate, empower and equip young girls and women of all ages to walk in their Kingdom purpose.

Lady Hurling is a dynamic Conference, Seminar, and Workshop Speaker and Teacher. Lady Hurling is a Facilitator, Counselor, Mentor, Encourager, Motivational Speaker, Administrator and Organizer. Lady Hurling is a Life Coach and a Health and Beauty Consultant. Lady Hurling functions as the President of the Clergy Wives on the local and District level. Lady Hurling also serves as a Community and Business Consultant for Non-Profit Organizations. Lay Hurling is the recipient of many awards and accommodations.

With a professional career rooted in public service, he has spent decades ensuring the well-being of others—both through his leadership in the water management industry and his spiritual guidance as a pastor and mentor.

Currently, Pastor Hurling serves at the Great Lakes Water Authority in Southwest Detroit, where his expertise in water infrastructure plays a vital role in sustaining the city's essential resources. His professional journey began at the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department, where he honed his technical skills and deepened his commitment to public service. His career is a testament to diligence and perseverance, reflecting his passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of countless residents.

Beyond his professional achievements, Pastor Hurling is a devoted husband to his beloved wife, Deirdre, a proud father of six remarkable children, and a loving grandfather—affectionately known as "Pa Pa"—to six wonderful grandchildren. His family serves as the bedrock of his life, providing him with strength and inspiration in all his endeavors.

Pastor Hurling's greatest calling, however, is in ministry. As the Senior Pastor of Holy Temple of Faith Church, he leads with wisdom, compassion, and unwavering faith, offering spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to his congregation. His ministry extends beyond the pulpit, as he actively counsels, teaches, and nurtures individuals seeking a deeper relationship with Christ. Additionally, he serves as the Chairman of the Headquarters District in The Historic First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Michigan, where he plays a pivotal role in developing and equipping the next generation of spiritual leaders.

His commitment to empowering others is further reflected in his work with youth and community engagement. As the founder of the Eastside Sports Christian Coalition, Pastor Hurling has provided young people with invaluable opportunities to engage in sports while instilling in them values of discipline, teamwork, and integrity. Through coaching and mentorship, he has guided countless young athletes, shaping their character and preparing them for success in life.

Pastor Hurling is also a dedicated lifelong learner. He is currently pursuing an Associate of Business Administration (ABA) degree at Macomb Community College, with a focus on Business Communication. His academic journey reflects his belief that education is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth.

In his rare moments of leisure, Pastor Hurling enjoys collecting classic toy cars and drones, hobbies that mirror his appreciation for both history and innovation. Though he has yet to acquire full-sized versions, his collections serve as a reminder that passion and joy can be found in life's simple pleasures.
